How To Roll Fender

i use eclipse 2003 with rims 19 inch but i want to make the rear fender drop inside the tire ,i use teins spring but its still high just 1.7 inch ,i want to cut my spring and make drop until 3 inch thats why i want to roll my back fender or do u have another sugestion?? thx

cut/heated and shrunk springs are going to ride like shit. each one you do will turn out different and your car probably wont sit level anymore. even if you can get it to sit level the spring rates will be different. if its a show car its ok but if you want to drive it i wouldnt recommend it
