Parts needed for turbo setup?

Heres a list I made of parts needed for a turbo setup, if theres parts not needed or parts I missed, tell me! BTW this is for the KA24 engine.

1) Fuel- Pressure Regulator ($238)
2) New Radiator ($300)
3) Blow Off Valve ($288)
4) Racing Exhaust ($600)
5) TD06SH-20G GReddy Turbo Kit ($3,590)
6) GReddy Intercooler Kit ($950)
7) KA24 Cam Gears ($140)
8) Valve Springs ($220)
9) Pistons ($450)
10) Rods ($360)
11) 300ZX Fuel Pump (this particular fuel pump isnt needed I know, but extra, $220)
12) Crank Pulley ($230)
13) Torqu Converter (for automatic transmission, which is what I have, $1000)
14) 550cc or 850cc injectors (dont know how many are needed, but they are $155 each)

i dont know if its in the kit but gaskets

if your going to do the pistons and such go ahead and add metal head gasket and head studs

iridium spark plugs[might as well], electric fan [too open room]

turbo timer would be a good idea, boost controller, larger MAF [Z32] problem with this items is the ecu needs adjusting for it or use of piggyback like SAFC

those items that you don't really need you might as well get them if you have the money, i mean if you plan to make alot of power which i get that you are you'll need them

and i dont believe that the radiator is a must if you running low boost like 7psi

Ok! well as far as a turbo set up on your KA..you dont need to spend that much money, the Greddy Turbokit is an over kill. Id would do a search for other turbo kits availible. I recommend the AEM EMS for some tuning over the Greddy Emanage. Scratch the stock 300zx fuel pump and buy a Walbro 255lbph fuel pump. Exhaust should consist of a 3in downpipe, high flow or test pipe, and 3in pipe exhaust. i dont think you need anything above 550cc injectors unless your planning on putting down some serious power and larger boost numbers. If you got all that just by looking at the magazine..i really think you should search the net more for more cost effective options. If you plan on using that list, your wasting money in which could buy other things, for example, 250/260 duration range camshafts, a lighter flywheel or driveshaft, and a few misc. electronics you will deffinatly need to optimal tuning.

Don't read that shit. " You must change your pistons as soon as the turbocharger is installed," Thats funny because the last time I was at the track, one of the guys on another forum was running 13.3@110 at 12psi on the stock engine. TatII runs 9psi daily. I run 5psi non-intercooled daily. They make like the SR20 is some kind of end-all engine and the KA is just a shit-on truck engine. That article pissed me off. The "Complete" guide is six pages of basic SR knowledge and one complete page of KA bullshit. As soon as the KA gets popular, all the sudden there will be entire articles on it. Do yourself a favor and don't read it. Get SCC, Dsport, TPR or just go on forums. But I digress. Pistons are a really good idea, but they aren't necessary for low boost as long as your compression is good. Your stock radiator is fine. Connecting rods are forged from the factory so unless you want to make more than 20psi, they are fine. SR20DET stock 370cc injectors are a direct drop-in replacement and will work with whatever fuel management you want to use(not a Fuel Management Unit unless you like 2000F+ EGTs and burning the hell out of exhaust valves). Stock valve spring are fine. Cam gears are unnecessary unless you are changing the entire timing system which is a good idea. The crank pulley isn't something you should worry about. Trust me you'll need that money for something else. Do yourself a favor and do six months of research and save money the entire time. Then you will be able to piece your own kit together and save about $1500.

Also, if you have an automatic, you have to add a few more parts, like a dress, some lipstick, maybe a little eye shadow, blush, etc.

gredy e-manahe sucks ballz trust me it alows a bit of alteration to teh air/fuel map but not a full out tunning spend more and get a better one (i have it and i'm not using it, why bother for paying $400 for tunning with a limited range ECU like the greddy unit)
