Re: Information on JDM H22A 220HP ?
It's the Prelude Type S motor. Read this: http://asia.vtec.net/beystock/honda/preludes/
I've heard people say not to do the swap because it has something called ATTS. Honestly I don't have a damn clue what it is other than it being some kind of traction control. Maybe look into the Accord h22 Euro R motor, it has the same hp rating as the Type S, and as far as I know doesn't have the ATTS (not positive so don't quote me on that). |

Both the Prelude Type S AND the Prelude SiR Spec S have 220HP. The Type S has ATTS, but the SiR Spec S doesn't, I believe it has a LSD tranny instead. The block on the H22A Type S is different to accomadate the ATTS. So if you want to swap in a 220HP H22A the Sir Spec S would fit fine.
