99 TA Electrical Problems please help
Radio and instruments seems to cut off sometimes when I press on the brakes, also blinkers are blinking very slowly if at all checked all the lights they are goo, any ideas?? Help

What does the voltage on your instrument panel read whenyou press on the brake, Is there a noticeable drop?.

how fast do your wipers go? are they slow? if so, alternator...if not, look for a short in the brake circuit.

my brothers 86 ta done this, the short was in his rear window de-fogger, also we installed a new altenator from a gm dealer.
