Lightbulb Backup Camera Suggestion

NOTE TO MODS: This is NOT an advertisement it is an informative article. I will post pics of my actual setup as soon as I can.

I have found a good alternative to running an RCA cable throughout your car for a back-up camera or anything you may need a camera for. There is a wireless camera available for a decent price compared to other stores I have seen. It uses only 50mw of current so it won't drain your battery in the least. Also, this camera has a pinhole lens so you don't have to go drilling a 1" diameter hole in your prescious ride just to see what's behind you. The only problem I have come across with this camera is that you can only have one running at a time because they all use the same 1.2GHz frequency band. However, this is also a great feature since you can have as many cameras as you want and use the same receiver for all of them. For me since I am using 2 cameras - one for a back-up camera and one in my front bumper - I am using a rocker switch to alternate between the two cameras, powering only one at a time. Installation requires drilling a miniscule hole approximately 1/8" in diameter and then gluing/mounting the sucker in place. I used some store brand epoxy and it' hasn't budged. Then just hook up the included receiver to your screen's RCA input and you're ready to take in the sights. All in all this is a simple mod if you want a backup camera that won't break the bank. I hope this helps you guys out

Again, I am not telling you to go out and buy it but it is the best price I've found. Feel free to search for a better price from some other store. I am merely endorsing this particular site because I have purchased from them and am pleased with their product.

Thanks for reading my article guys

Re: Backup Camera Suggestion

using this thread to ask my question. I am about to order the Ed combo deal with one 16OV.2 and a nine.1. but i see that they only offer the 16ov.2 dual 4 ohm with this deal. Can I just tell them that I want a dual 2 ohm instead?
