Programming keyfobs on 03 silverado 2500 LT

I bought a second set of keyfobs ( #1 & #2 ) for my 2003slverado 2500 Crewcab LT. Does anyone know the programing sequence for the new keyfobs?? Thanxs MIKE.

connect a jumper wire between the keyless entry program enable signal circuit of the data link connector(dlc pin 8 bk/wh wire) and a good ground.
press and hold the lock button and the unlock button simultaneously on one transmitter.after a delay of approximately 10 seconds the doors will lock and unlock to confirm the programming of that transmitter.program additional transmitters within 1 minute press and hold any button on the next transmitter. after a delay of 2 seconds doors will lock unlock repeat previous step to program up to 4 transmitters.

Where is the data link connector, is it a regular 16 gauge wire harness?

It's under sterring column on the left side ,it's a 16 pin connector.number 8 pin is keyless entry program.
