God help us indeed... ONE rim is 256 grand? people really should spend their time on something more useful... I would be scared to even put a tire on one of those

Chances are that if you have a million to blow, "worth it" is a relative term.

Anyway, I can see the headline now:

Ricer wins lottery, puts $1,000,000 rims on stock 92 Civic DX
"I'm gonna add an intake yo!"

It's for people so rich that they don't know what to do with their money.

Re: Most expensive rims in the world

The same can be said from other people about your cars. Why bother buying such an expensive one if they all get you from one place to another. Personally I wouldn't buy it, but I don't question the reasons behind the making. Plus, I can only imagine what kind of work went into every one of those (mechanical sciences will do this to you). Enjoy the work of art

My Civic didn't cost a mil, neither did anybody elses car in the entire AF community. $1 million dollars (for rims alone) is such an extremity for you to say that..

Re: Most expensive rims in the world

Mine are more expensive.

I'll sell them to you for a mere 300k a pop.

it's all relative.

A Kia Ria owner, no ofeense to those who own these magnimicous cars , would wonder why anyone would dream of owning a Skyline.
Why do rappers buy million dollar watches? A 10$ watch can easily tell you the time, if not in a bnetter view in the sunshine.
Why do movie stars buy 10 million dollar homes and not even know where it is?

You get where I'm going with this?

Once the custom truck/car scene caught on, they've developed a lot of gay ass crap.

Re: Most expensive rims in the world

Actually, I think the LED spinners (with the ability to write words and stuff) could be a brilliant advertising medium to use for specials, new products etc.
