(94 1.8) car wont start, turns over but wont start.
im getting a little sick of this car. I've had this car about 25k miles so far and the hole time it has intermitent starting problems. about 5k miles after i bought it the starter went and i replaced it, so im not sure if i also had this problem wile the starter was going. But it did not start soon after as well, it wouldnt start for like 5mins usualy. I would open the hood, play with the spark plug wires, make sure there pushed in and what not, make sure the battery terminals are connected. Try to start the car, no luck, then i'll go get my dad or whatever for help, and then all the sudden it will start. Now this happens like maybe twice a week.
And it usualy starts up after 5-10 mins of trying. Today it would not start at all. Maybe its because its cold out? Seem to have this problem in the damp weather too. Now im reading the haynes manual, its telling me its the spark plugs, anything else that could cause this?

checked spark plugs they look new, looking for the gap that its supposed to be set at but the haynes manual dosent even say it.
