Cd's

I had one cd that would go in and not come back out, but thats the only one that wouldnt work. I had to get some tweezers to get it out. So i burned it onto a diff cd and it works.

If they have any kind of label stuck on 'em, they won't work.

Re: cds keep getting stuck in 6 disc changer

I had that same problem (damn factory stereo's)! 2001stang is right about the tweezers. Also try disconnecting the negative cable for a couple of seconds to your battery. Then reconnect it. It resets the stereo and those cd's should eject or play.
Good Luck!

Visteon who makes the audio system for Ford put out a TSB....

the TSB basically says that the home made CD's should not use any labels or stickers on them. Only use CD's that are hand written in ink. The labels are too slick for the rubber wheels to grab. I had sent my deck in 3 times for the same issue. the 3rd time, they sent a letter with it telling me that all the cd's with stickers for labels get stuck.

Re: cds keep getting stuck in 6 disc changer

It wasn't a burned cd. It was a purchased one. and to remove it what I did was press eject and then stick another cd in there. and it brought it out to where I could grab it. so I guess that'll have to do. hah
