Turbo 3.4

My friend has a 95 3.4 camaro and I was wondering if anyone had a 3.4 turbo firebird on this forum? If so, how much boost are you running, what cam specs do you have, size throttle body, headers, heads, and so on... Thanks

Re: Turbo 3.4

Sorry Matt but no one that I have seen in my 9 months here is running any type of boost on there 3.4. But If your friend is interested in considering performance option for his project we would be glad to help and welcome to the forum.
John

Re: Turbo 3.4

Thanks.

I really didn't think anyone would be, well not really stupid enough, but into turbo's that much, to turbo a camaro v6. I would personally prefer an 8, but if thats all ya got to work with why not. Definitly don't see too many of them. Well...I'll tell him about this forum and let me know if you hear anything about anyone else's turbo v6. thanks

Re: Turbo 3.4

actually.. check out FirebirdV6.com, they have a link to a guy's page who has a turbo 3.4L Camaro. it's pretty sweet actually. Although i myself havent looked into a turbo, i have looked at the powerdyne belt driven superchargers.. wouldnt that be the perfect weapon? so quiet.. yet so surprising..

Re: Turbo 3.4

I found the website that fabricates the turbo kits for the v6's. I'm not sure if its up now. There was this whole thing with renewal of the wibsite license and what not...but if everything got sorted out, this is the address... http://www.force-fed-fabrications.com/ . They also have some nice turbo kits for v8's too. ....oh if only I had lots of money...
