1993 heater blower motor

93 bonnie SSE !! (moon roof)
Problem only happens in the winter, heater gets stuck on econ mode and will not go to auto... Can hit the window deafroster and for the winsheld... Some days it works others it doesn't problem is that the blower kicks on when it wants to some time a bump in the road will fix it or restarting the car.

Car also has problems with the insterment panel where it gives ID on winsheild fuild level. That comes in and out same way.. When image goes out it takes out the gas gauge and boost gauge mileage does not increase when out but the trip odomiter gets reset... Car runs fine no poor mileage. As for this one the colder it is out side the more often it works. Please help I love my car but fits getting cold, and to many gat station stops...
