i would like to know what kind of engine oil do i need for my honda civic 1991 ex ? 10/40 ? 20/50 ? other ? thank you! |

Castrol GTX 10w40 works fine.

well if he's been putting in 10/40 for the last 50,000 miles, then I don't think there would be a problem. I put 10/40 in mine for the last 2 years. And I beat the hell out of it and still no problem.

I use Valvoline Max Life 10W30, because my car has 185k miles on it. Works pretty good.
