Astro body box collapsing
It appears the rear of the body box on my 1994 Astro is shifting to the drivers side. It has the hatch and two doors in the back and I can look at the cracks around all the doors and see the cracks are wider and narrower indicating the top of the van is shifting toward the drivers side. The hatch just barely does close and the door latches just do line up now.
I don't know of anything that might be causing this condition, no impacts or rust. I also don't have a clue about how to correct it. Ideas appreciated. |

Re: Astro body box collapsing
Yikes!!! Not sure on what to do to correct it. But I'd run a carfax report on the car, unless you are the 1st owner and can verify no impacts. If you are the 1st owner and there have in fact been no impacts...... I guess I would head to a dealer, with an attorney.
