maxima motor
I am new to the maxima scene. I have a question about the motor. Is the motor in the 1995-1999 maxima the same motor used in the 1990-199? 300ZX? What are the similarities and differences besides being turbocharged.

the 300zx engine code is vg30de i think and the 95 maxima's were VQ30de, plus the Z is a rear wheel drive car and the maximas are front wheel drive

yeah the 190 hp 3rd generation SE's were VG's the 160 hp ones were VE's.
