My car needs to be done now!!!

Man, this is horrible, I blew a head gasket 2 months back and I am in the middle of fixing that plus adding on ported intake and heads along with a 219 cam (Looking for high 10's this summer.) I am getting so sick of it being tore down, Money sucks!!!!

Any way, I was sitting at a light in my explorer today and I looked over and in the next three lanes next to me, there where two SS and 2 03-04 cobras just sitting there. I wanted the Buick SOOOOO bad. It would of been great to lay to waste what some poeple think are the fast cars in the area. I know this has no relavent point or anything like that, I just really needed to vent. Its eating at my nerves

Fix it. I mean it's not that hard, you can do it in one afternoon, it doesn't take two months

uhh I have built 4 of the turbo buick enignes (none where mine) It's the lack of funds that are stoping me. The head gaskets alone are 100 bucks. Puls a new cam and ported shit. It is just taking time and work.

That sucks man. It's funny how every time when you you're not driving your car, or you're driving a beater instead of the faster car you find possible races.

Ya no kiddin, riding with my dad the other day we passed a Ferrari 360...yes...a Ferrari 360 Spyder...he was just waving to everyone on the road. It would have been nice to be killed by that.

I feel your pain, but not as much because my car never ran 11s....head gaskets are bastards, have had numerous encounters with their problems...

And that was my point, its not that you dont know how to do it, its just that you don't have the money to do so!

Ive been doing a bigblock swap in my Nova for the past 6 months, 3 months spent building the engine and its taken these past 3 months to put the new motor/tranny in. Things just don't fit and having to wait weeks for one custom part after another sucks, so I defintely know what you are going through.
