upper control arm loosened up

here's a good one.
wife complains 03 Denali is drifting all over the road. very unstable under braking. erratic handling.

I go out to inspect, the front right wheel moves back and forth an inch at the top.
Look underneath, the camber cam bolts completly loosened up!!
outright dangerous!!!

I can't blast the dealer too badly because they sent out the truck for a warrenty alignment. The alignment shop should be shot...
I may make a big thing over it with the service manager.

what's your opinion??
the bolts are about to fall off, and thus the wheel would fall under or outward, and the truck would come crashing down on the wheel.

Is there a way to make a serious complaint??

The dealer is responsible for where they send your vehicle.
