Need Help With the Starter circuit

Have 92 Acura Integra 1.83 Stickshift
The Starter will not engage, I bypassed the wiring with a remote Starter Button and it starts fine, So there has to be another switch,relay somewhere I don't know about.
I bypassed the clutch button, but got nothing.
There is a fuse in the underdash panel that says Starter Signal, The fuse is good but boths sides of the fuseblock where it plugs into is dead (no Light) I don't have a manual (other than the owners) and it tells you nothing, So I was hoping someone on the forum could shed some light on this problem, Hope someone can help.
