Bmw M3

Hey Everyone! I Have 16 models inprogress, and i just bought a Mercedes 190 yestrday. Anyway I am going to build Dado Carvalho (?) 's M3 AA Turbo. I was looking at the Dragon kit, but It is prepainted blue (Dados is Ferrari Yellow) and there is no motor. Then I saw one ebay, a revell M3 but does it have Engine Detail, does anyone know? If not does anyone have an M3, or could go get one at there LHS there are none here. I really want one of these kits. BTW for those of you not farmiliar with what I am talking about, It an E36 (1993-1999). Also If anyone just has a E36 coupe with like the M sports package (M3 body kit) that would work as well. I am aware of the classifieds, but I think I have to may "questions" in here. Thanks!

The Revell kit doesn't have a motor either. It's basically the same kit as the Dragon. They used the same molds.

I don't know of any BMW E36 that has a motor...

Tamiya made an E36 3 series sedan with an engine in it. Not the M3 motor though. Pretty much impossible to find. I comb Ebay and various other sources and have only found 2 kits, but both were unavailable to me.

Not a bad ride to build, I'm a Teckademics fan too.

Yup. Sadly, there is not a 1/24 M3 model with an engine.

I think the Revell Germany's model Alpina B6 has an engine detail wich is basically the same kit but it's a 4 door sedan, but so is Tamiya's model too.

Re: Bmw M3

Engine from 635CSi (Fujimi) can be used, some changes should be caried out but basicly the engine is very similar.

Yeah Blazing Rice I 'Build For" Teckademics. All the models I take to shows i but a Teck winshield banner on, and I have a sign that has The teck logo, and the web addresses. I had to run it by Sean though. BTW does anone have the alpina B6, tamiya 325, or 635 motor? Cause i'll just buy the revell or dragon, and the install the motor, I have the top section to an M3 motor from a Burrago Snaptite 1:25 metal M3 widebody race car. No It will not work for Dados M3. Also does anyone have the Revell M3 because the dragon is prepainted. There is only one on ebay, and it is in UK pounds, and the guy wants $1.60 US on a pound plus a $5 US bank charge for US cutomers, and his shipping is an assload.
