leather seats

alright heres the deal...ive got a 96 A4 with cloth seats...apparently if you wanted to get leather seats in the 96 it was an option but you had to go back and get them installed after you bought the car...why? i dont know...so the orginal owner (my dad) didnt want to do that...so now here i am with the car really wanting leather seats...and i want to get stock leather seats...does anyone know how i could go about doing that...can i somehow get them from a warehouse that has them...should i try to get them from an A4 that went to the junk yard...any ideas from anyone would be great...ive tried to google it but i havent had any luck...thanks

i remebr fliping thugh the chanels and saw that show trucks and he had a kit that you rip off the cloth and the lether has a adhesive on it and it looked preety easy i would just look around for somthing like uplusry kits or better yet get it done profesionaly by a uplster.

www.katzkin.com is probably what your'e talking about...pretty quality stuff, I know some peoples that got those kits in their trucks..not sure if they have an audi application..take a look.

otherwise, keep an eye out for someone selling seats out of a 30v a4... or s4 seats, not sure if they bolt right up or not.

check out www.dadsauto.com and see if they have any..
