Starting Problems?

Okay first off let me thanks those who have stopped to read this and for offering any kind of help. Okay the problem with my car is whenever I start my car after a long periods of time ( over night or while Im at school ) I have to let my car warm up. I dont mean for the usual 1 minute but a good 5 minutes or so before I can drive it. If I dont allow the vehicle to warm up, it'll just "die" on me. ALSO this past week the temperature was in the 4o's and I was warming my car up for at least 20 minutes and the temperature was still WAY COLD!! I dont know JACK bout cars but whats the deal? OFFER ANY KIND OF HELP! Oh yea and also my read driver side wheel SQUEAKS... when Im driving. Its not like I need new brake pads.. but it squeaks??!?! I hate my car... but I need it until I can buy a new one. ANY SUGGESTIONS!??!?!

Re: Starting Problems?

sounds like your thermostat is stuck open... but yea, you should always warm your car up for atleast a couple mins! 1 min is not long enough. if you want the car to last until you can get another one, take care of it.

Re: Starting Problems?

If you don't know how to fix it, you have to go to a mechanic. Even if you find out the problem here, you won't be able to fix it.

So the reason your car wasnt warming up is cause of dirty injectors? Or was it the reason the rear wheel was sqeaking?

Next time you answer a question like this either quote the question or post as to what the dirty injectors were causing!

Also, do not bring back old posts, this one is ok just because you had the same experiance and you were just trying to help answer the question, but pay attention to the dates before you post. This is just for further referance!

AND PUT YOUR CAR IN YOUR SIG!!!!!!!
