1990 Camry Driver side window

Been having intermittent problems lately with the Driver side Power Window. Sometimes the button would work to make it go up and other times it wouldn't. Always went down with no problem. Well now the window went down and it wont come back up. suggestions??

take the door panel off, use a meter to see if your getting voltage to the motor when you press the switch, if so the motor is bad, if not the switch is bad
