engine stalls when warm

would like some help....got a 95 dakota club cab 318 auto 4 by 4....has 360 thousand kilometers on it .......it starts and runs fine ...problem is after about 20 minutes it dies and wont start again till engine cools off......at this time there is no power to the coil...would like to know if anyone has any ideas before i invest in a new computor any help would be gratly appreciated
