Question Electronic Locks/Lights F250 Crew Cab

Good Evening All,

Does anyone have a solution/repair for the "door ajar" light and the interior lights/bed light remaining on in the Super Duty Crew Cab, 1999+
I had this repaired at Ford one but the problem has resurfaced and I don't want to pay them again.

Thanks, Dano52

Spray WD-40 into all the door latches, then open and close the doors until the lights go out. Ford puts the door ajar switches in the latch assemblies. Sometimes they stick.

Thanks for the info...does this also affect the dome and cargo lights?

It definitely affects the dome light. The cargo light should turn off if it is staying on.
