1994 Buick Roadmaster Replacing Rear Shocks

I am having problems replacing the rear shocks on my 1994 Buick Roadmaster. There are two bolts on each side that I can't seem to remove! Has anyone ever replaced the rear shocks that could maybe give me some advice? I am having to do this with the car barely raised up! I have no place to raise the car up so I can stand underneath it.
Thanks!

Those bolts have nuts on top of them. You need to put a wrench on them to hold them while you loosen the bolts. Prepare for a lot of cussing.
