Intremitten wipers 95 T&C Kinda long!

The intermitten wipers on my 95 T&C partially work. When I turn on the intermitten, they sweep but don't park. I can hear the relay in the BCM click on and off and the wipers work while the relay is on. When the relay clicks off, that is where the wipers stop. I have checked the voltages going to the wiper and they seem to be fine. I have constant 12V going to the DK BLUE wire, about 10V going to either the RED/YEL or the BRN/WHT wire on low speed and 12V on the other on high speed.(I don't remember which was which but the low and high speeds work correctly.) I also have 10V on the DK GRN/WHT wire when the relay clicks on. I thought I had nailed it down to the BCM so I changed it but it didn't fix the problem. I have changed the wiper motor a while back and was having the same problem with both motors, so as far as I can tell, the only thing left is the switch itself but the the voltages seem to say the switch is OK but I don't have a clue what else to do next. Anyone have any ideas? OBTW! i have a good BCM for sale if avyone needs one. Maybe swap for a switch? Thanx for any help!
