TBI to Vortech Swap HELP

[89 4x4 PU]

So I've asked this a few times and this will be the last.
I have a 1989 4x4 S10 PU with the 4.3 L TBI and Auto tranny. I just bought a 93 S10 4x4 Blazer (totaled) with the 4.3 L CPI engine and Automatic. The 93 CPI 4.3 runs GREAT. I plan to swap it into my truck, but need to know the following:
1) Has anyone here done this swap before, and how hard was it and costly?
2) How hard would the electronics swap be? Is it feasible to swap the two engines with the difference in the injection system?
If someone has done it and could tell me about what they did and went through, it would be great. The 89 4.3 needs to be retired sometime, and this 93 CPI 4.3 is perfect.
