i did further research and this is additional information i found for my 1993 lesabre limited hvac and blower problems

Diagnostic Trouble Code Description

08-RH solar sensor
10-Ambient temperature sensor
13-In-Vehicle temperature sensor
15-LH solar sensor
34-Passenger climate control assembly E&C data line failure
35-Heater and A/C control assembly E&C data line failure
38-Serial data line failure
40-Driver air mix actuator circuit open or shorted
41-Passenger air mix actuator circuit open or shorted
48-Long term freon loss
52-Keep alive memory lost
68-Low freon

i orginally thought i replaced my blower relay in the maxi center but low and behold the blower stopped working again. there are two different fixes depending if you have dual zone air or not. i have dual zone air in mine. if you have dual zone air the blower relay is not in the maxi center (there is not one). the blower motor is controled by a blower control module. delco part 15-8548. my problem turned out to be the blower control module. thanks to everyone for there prior help.
