92 Caravan - no liftgate release or defogger after liftgate replacement

After having a new (old) liftgate installed on my 92 Caravan SE, I have no power to the liftgate release solenoid, or to the rear window defogger. No fuses are blown (as far as I can tell - I'm still not sure which fuse(s) protect these circuits), and both the defogger and the solenoid test OK. My rear lights, rear window wiper and washer all work. My horn also stopped working at the same time, but I don't know if that is related. Does anyone know the ins and outs of this electrical system to troubleshoot this one? If it is simple, I'd rather fix it myself than drag it back to the bodyshop where the work was done. I figure they were aware of the problem, because I found spare parts (a solenoid and a computer identical to one in the liftgate) in the back of the van after I picked it up.
