Angry 95 Explorer JBL subwoofer blown?? Help???

I have a 1995 Explorer Limited with the JBL subwoofer in the back. As I was driving to a concert in Florida (always on a road trip!!!) the sound went way down & all the bass is gone. It is the same on FM & CD. I haven't tested the cassette because...well...who has cassettes anymore?? Anyway, I've been told that the JBL subwoofer in the back has blown.

Here's the question...is there an aftermarket replacement for this? I have seen some on Ebay and the sellers have told me that they are easy stock replacements...but I'm always on edge about it. Is there a source for a replacement? I'd like to be able to have my sound back!!!

Any help you can give me is appreciated!!

E-mail at [email protected]

Thanks!!!!

Subwoofer

The stock subs in these cards SUCK. I put up with mine for two years before finally replacing with an external sub. ($60 at Walmart) Best thing I ever did do that sound system. If you replace the sub in the back with another one in the same spot it will rattle. Get an external.
