Damn Stupid ass people

Thanks to an idiot who didnt signal I had to do a panic stop. I had my friend's truck and her dad's brand new flatbed car hauler that has hydraulics and works like a normal flat bed truck. Well I got stopped and didn't hit the person in front of me but got rearended. Bad too. Totaly smashed the back and broke the dropball and the tongue it was on. Then the lady's husband came to my window and after knocking once broke it open with a bat. Luckily I was on the phone with the police department. I called my friend and her dad already. They aren't mad for now till she sees the damage tonight. I got glass in my eye so I had to go to the Emergency Room AGAIN second time in two weeks. Last week was for sharp pain in abdomen. Finding out what is causing it tomorrow. But thats besides the point. If you don't hear from me it is probably because my friend killed me. Oh I am kind of proud because i kept my temper undercontrol without help from medicene. But wish me luck if I post within 36 hours I am still alive and kickin. Stupid mean people piss me off especially when they are wrong.

Did the guy that broke your window get arrested? Man, tell the whole story. And watch the hydraulics, cause they often start leaking a few days after an impact like that.

But what happened with the guy who broke your window with a baseball bat? Was it the same guy that rear-ended you? Did the police do anything about it? Whats happening with the insurance companies? To me, I could be wrong, you don't seem to be in the wrong here. So no worries about dieing from your friend. I dunno. Hit us back, died or alive.

The guy who broke my window was the husband of the lady who hit me. He was arrested. The hydraulics got drained so this way they won't leak. Their insurance company should be paying for it. I got glass in my and my back and neck hurt more then they used to so I will be probably filing a lawsuit as well.

I hope the dickheads that hit you had insurance. Otherwise, you'll have to sue your friend's insurance company, which will ruin your friendship. Now a guess at the scenerio: He was fighting with the woman in the car, she lost it and hit your car. That drove him over the edge.

Yes they had insurance. It is NYS law to have insurance. It wouldn't come to sueing the insurance company. Her parentals would have done what they needed to. They are like family. They have paid for all the surgeries I have needed in the past etc. I love the daughter beyond belief. Once she gets out of college I am gonna date her and see where it goes.

You could still sue the guy that bashed out the window; if he hadn't done that you wouldn't have had the chance of losing your vision and had to go to the hospital for your eye. There's plenty of evidence and once he's convicted you should be good to go.

This gets me pissed reading shit like this.. I mean, when ever you rear-end someone, you are 150% wrong-end of f'in story, period. Whether you where too close.. not paying attention, or just plain dumb, its YOUR fault. WickedNYCowboy, dude i feel for you, you where preventing an accident by paying attention, and NOT rearending someone else, then a Women....A WOMEN rear ends you, how many times must this clarify my thoughts on the fact that woman have no place behind the wheel.

If it where me, i would not have been able to control myself, i would have gotten out and slayed the hubbie, i hope he has some priors and gets a good bit in jail.

Yes she was an ass she hit me. My friend isn't in town yet so I am still alive. I have said my prayers for her not killing or beating the crap out of me. I don't hit girls back so I don't got a chance. If I were completely well I could run from her forever LOL. But I think I may be taking a beating for this one. The truck is almost brand new too.

Hell, if you want to hear stupidity, I was on the freeway on ramp this evening, accelerating since there was no oncoming traffic, and the woman in front of me stopped on the ramp for no apparent reason!

I am still alive she was just mad at the fact of her truck bein messed up. She even let me stay the night with her. As far as the lawsuit her dad is going to file one.
