P1351 Ignition Coil Control Circuit High Voltage...Possible areas to check would be the disturbitor, rotor button, ignition module, and the coil...good luck... thats where I would start.

Start with the cap...least expensive, look for tracking marks, corrosion, cracks..and just for a short story..I live in a rural area, ahd problems with my Blazer starting, when I went to check my cap I found a small nest built by mice or chipmunks right at the base of my disturbitor ..they had chewed through several wires there. Not completely but enough for them to ground out.

The high voltage code your getting could also mean more resistance. from the wires or spark plugs themselves check the spark plugs for condition and wires for cracking. If a plug is damaged and the gap is to far it requires extra voltage to jump that gap.
