c5 transmiaaion

i am trying to find out how to adjust the bands in this transmission. i could go buy a book but it seems useless for this one piece of information.

according to the hanes manual, you remove the locknut and tighten the adjusting screw to 120 iINCH-POUNDS, and then back it off exactly 41/4 turns for the c5, install new locknut and tighten. this is for the intermediate band, now for the low and reverse bands you do the same, except you back the screw off exactly 3 turns.
