SRT4 goes down......hard (track story)
Decided id take my car back to speedworld this wed. with my new BFG drag radials...hehehe. Traction here i come! anyway i show up with my dad and my dad's co-worker who owns a camaro. The track was havin' electrical probs that night so only the left lane gave timeslips, right lane got nothing. And the idiot dude that was running the lanes kept telling me to go in to the right lane. so i have no idea what the hell i ran. Ok so here goes. This SRT4 rolls in and of course EVERYONE had to check it out right...that's cool whatever, he has 3 friends with him. We're in the staging lines (me on the right him on the left). I have my windows rolled up and its dark out so you can't see in my car (tinted windows). I look over at this guy and he is talking to his friends laughin' jokin' doing whatever they do. Well all for a quick moment they huddled down to his window, and this is the part where i think they start talking sheeeit about my car cause they start laughing and lookin' at me. They can't see that i have a helmet on (indicating my car can run faster than 13.9). At this point they haven't heard my car because they got there a little after me and i had it shut off to cool down a bit. Well the guy tells us to pull forward and so i start it up. VAROOOOOOOOOMMM!
 I swear i've never seen funnier looking expressions on someones face before. All 3 of the guys went    . Omg i laughed my ass off. Ok we pull up to the line staged (after i do my burnout on my fresh DR's of course) bam we're off. 1st gear my front end lifts up hard and no spin at all! I look left and he's already 2 solid car lengths behind. 2nd gear, bam i pull another 2 car lengths. 3rd, half a car length. 4th, i didn't look cause i was over 100mph by that time and didn't want to hit the f'n wall. I didn't get to line up with him again for the rest of the night. But there was an LT1 camaro there than ran side by side with me that beat the same srt4 3 times LOL....shut that dude big time! Funnest night of drag racing for me with the exception no time slip! hehehe

hahah good kills. what did he run? i mean by the amount of cars you beat him by compared to his E.T. that should give you a good idea of what you run.

good kill, still gotta have respect for the SRT-4, its a good solid straight line car for only 20k , plus god knows how much money youve invested into your already fast ride. great stroy man.

Anyone else of srt4 owners thinking they are the fastest cars? Not to diss the owners who understand thier place, and yes thier quick cars, but alot of things will leave them catching taillights. Someof them have the mentality of a civic owner...

Badass man, it always pleases me to see those SRT4s go down. Seems to me its always 16 year old guys who wear FUBU and Phat Pharm crap with sideways hats bumpin to Lil' John while commenting on his buddie's ass during a football game.....and every once in awhile I see some Daddy's girl types driving them.
