Question How much for your GT/Stealth?

Was just wondering how much you guys paid for your GT/Stealth (might of been a post like this already but not sure)

Me: 93 Red Base auto...Mint 112K when bought for $3900...I thought that was a steal but i dunno

List yours if you want.

Re: How much for your GT/Stealth?

^^ mods don't increase the value of the vehicle by the amount you spend on the mods.

Re: How much for your GT/Stealth?

You might see a 20% rise in value relative to what you spent on mods.

black 95 base, about 6500 when i bought it, and i might be ready to sell it this weekend so let me know

it's got a couple more lights, new plugs and wires, tranny flushed, oil and such, and is in better condition now than when i purchased it (not that it was bad before)

Re: How much for your GT/Stealth?

Gateway is right...Stealth, it may be worth 20grand to you, or to someone who wants a modded car...but strictly speaking value in a sale, it isn't worth a dime more, even if you have dropped $100k into the car.

As far as the original question...$22,500...and it was worth every penny...even if I'll be paying it off for another 4 years.

Your 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 is the 92nd out of the 315 that were made that year. Only 21 of which are exactly identical.

Re: How much for your GT/Stealth?

all depends on the buyer.

it may very well be that your car is worth more, merely because someone would probably be willing to pay a bit more for a car with all of those modifications.
however, i seriously doubt they'd be willing to plop an extra 15k down

a car is only worth what someone will pay for it.

I know that the honda's with bodykits and that are all fixed up like the cars in fast and furious sell for less than just regular hondas because most people aren't interested in that kind of stuff. So as long as you like the car, thats all that matters.

lol there is now way you'd be able to sell a n/a stealth for 20K, you can almost pick up a perfectly good vr-4 spyder for that kind of price now. I've seen 99 VR-4s sell for 17,500. A word of advise though, if you ever do decide to sell the car, take off all the mods, return it to stock, sell the car and sell your mods to other people who might want them. You'll end up getting more money that way then you will trying to sell your car with the mods on it.
