fixing rust?

Whats the best way to fix rust, i got a lot on the quater panels (of course) and and underneath along the sides, would bondo be the best way. i just wanted to know if there is a better way since i've seen bondo used and it didn't look good.

don't use bondo!!! You are going to have to make patch panels. If you don't have a lot of metal faberication expirience. I would Suggest buying used quater panels and replacing them.

make sure when replacing the rusted areas you cut out all the rust and grind down the bad areas. make sure that you use a neutralizer on the metal to kill the any rust thats left. replacing the bad spot with another quarter panel piece would honestly be the best deal. make sure wherever you cut and weld you grind all the welds down. bondo is a bad idea mainly for the fact it looks like ass, it raises up after a year. tends to pit , and is easily knocked out. trust me stay away from this stuff.
