new to this
into muscle cars and new to the off road world... will a powertrax lockright locker fit into a 2001 Xterra and work properly? if not is there a locker made that will?

ARB is about the only locker available for the X right now.
There's been talk of other companies thinking about it but no action, as of yet. There might not be much luck either with the new 2005 X having a Dana 44 rear(compatible with alot of lockers). So... I think your SOL(Shit Out of Luck) with the Powertrax Edit: Someone please correct me if I'm not right......

The 05 offers a factory locker, and I haven't heard anything about how the usual D44 locker options may or may not go into the D44 variant in the Nissan models. Haven't heard of any Titan owners that have tried an existing D44 locker in their diffs yet, but haven't really paid attention yet. It appears the Frontier and Xterra will use the same diff, just narrower.
But for the 00/04, the ARB is the only option.
