Stuck Steering Wheel / Car Won't Start

[NeedHelpPlease]

First off, I'm a novice with these things.
Car was running fine just a few days ago.
Battery appears to be working (Lights work, radio works)
Engine won't Turn over. (All I hear is a single "Click" sound.)
Stranger than that, the steering wheel seems to be locked.

I checked the fuel shutoff in the trunk, per the manuals instructions, still couldn't get it started.

Alternator (rebuilt) is less than a year old.

My former mechanic (I've since moved) did some routine maintenance, including new ignition wires about 2 weeks ago.

Any advice? Thanks.

Re The Wheels Turned Sharp One Way..if So Pull The Steering Wheel Hard To The Direction The Wheels Are Turned And Start The Car Happens Alot.....
