It would be close if the GT is a high output. the stang puts out 260 hp with 302 lbs of torque whereas the PT puts out 220 hp with 245 lbs of torque. The stang weighs about 400 lbs more than the PT which would even things up a bit. Also the automatic tranny vs standard will help even it out so this one probably comes down to driver skill.
