Is power steering pump part of powertrain?

Recent check by AAA car care program found my 2000 Corolla has power steering pump seeping, serpentine belt is dry and starts cracking, and water pump is leaking. Are they covered by the powertrain warranty?
I am surprised to see these problems for a car only 3.5 years old with only 34K mileage!
Appreciate for any advice.
