1990 FULL SIZE BLAZER Front & rear bumpers too low

i JUST GOT A 1990 BLAZER WITH A BODY AND SUSPESION LIFT, BUT THE BUMPERS ARE TOO LOW. IS THERE A KIT TO RAISE THE BUMPERS?
