Shaking Idling and up to 2000 Rpm

I have A 95 Camry V6LE, It was parked up at my grandparents cabin for about 5 months, I just got it back for winter, and it starts up fine but when i press on the gas its shakes up until around 2000 rpms. Then When i stop for a stop light it will shake. The only time it doesnt shake is if i Floor it. Also My Check Engine Light is on, and sometimes it Blinks... Any Ideas?

The problem is almost definatley related to the check engine light.The Haynes manual explains how to extract the codes from the computer,then you will know in which direction to proceed.

It's very possible that one or 2 cylinders won't fire. But it's a good idea to get the codes first.

Well i Found out that mice ate through some of my Fuel Injector wires or some wires so it was only running on like 4 cylinders
