If there is a short somewhere in the wiring they will flash pretty fast. Not really sure why you would want that though??

LED bulbs will flash fast, just like your singal does when one bulb is burned out. Why do they do this? Because the voltage draw is so lo the car "reads" the bulb as being burned out, and they flash fast as a result of the cars mis-reading. There are products made to solve this issue with LED lights, but seeing as you are looking for the fast flash, that is probably not up your alley.

But LED signal bulbs will give you the fast flash. If you install 1156 LED bulbs in back, it will ALSO force the regular front bulbs to flash fast. As I said, the car sees the low draw from the LED bulbs and reads it as a burnt out signal, thereby focring all the signals on that side into a fast flash to notify you of this "burnt out bulb."

If you install 1156 LED turn signal in BOTH rear tailight turn signal sockets, both front ones wil flash fast as well.

I don't know why you want to do this, I find the fast flash annoying and un-safe, the fast flash can make it harder to see for some people.

Yeah they sell kits online to make regular bulbs flash faster for a more illuminated show-off type look, expecially for colored signals, but i cant remember where they were online. I got mine from a custom show-car shop where i live for my 93 Si Hatch. Google them, they exist!

its just a relay under your dash. You take out the stock relay and put in a new one that flashes faster. Though just as everyone else said its kinda dumb and doesn't really make much sense.
