Well ive seen photos of it done in a civic it looks masive but on the other note ive seen alot of ppl like you asking the same questions on here about that..I will tell you it will be a costly swap to do..You would save alot of money by just getting the motor rebuilt or buy a new one..Theres alot of stuff to do with putting a s2k in a integra and if you got the money to do it more power to ya but if you dont and you want the swap start saving up for it and do it..But if it was me just go prelude in it or something..

Re: droppin an s2000 f20 into a 95 gsr

theres gonna be some weight to it by the time you got all them custom brakcets welded to support the engine/trans, rear diff, gotta get driven hubs in the rear somehow, gotta get the engine/trans to fit first of all, never looked under the hood of a S200 but I imagine the tegs IFS crossmsmber steering is all in the way of the driveline, firewalls probably in teh way of the tranny, etc.

it would be sick but unless you have a machine shop at home and experience with the tools and a nice welder and access to lots of metal stock I wouldnt try it. especially if this would be your only car, not a weekend job, youll be walking for a long time.

i think i saw a website where you could get custom mounts for it. If i would get the mounts that might be all that i need i would think. And ive ran into a few more problems. What about the 5 speed to 6 speed. wouldnt that be expensive besides the tranny. and they are rear wheel drive. i wouldnt have to make my car rwd would I?

do u think 5 grand will be enough?

I mean i can get the motor, ecu, tranny, axles and everything off a site from japan for 2995.. i think another 2 grand will cover everything else. wouldnt you think?

Re: droppin an s2000 f20 into a 95 gsr

No. It's a RWD motor, and it sits differently than any other f,h,b,d. No one makes a mount kit for it, there's one that works with the other F-series motors (as well as the h's) but it;s not going to work on the s2K motor. It will be a lot more than $5000, it's completely custom fabrication to get it to work. You'd have to make your car RWD. Don't do it, don't even think about it. It will cost far more than it'll be worth. Just buy a RWD car, or just swap in a Euro R H22a if you want to spend $.

www.inlinefour.com , www.modacar.com/
You do realize that the Spoon motors are around $6G's and it only includes the block. So you're going to have to buy some other parts as well (at least the ECU or a chipped ECU).

Re: droppin an s2000 f20 into a 95 gsr

the k series looks like a pain into the teg. Id just go with a built B series or an H22, complete swap for 2300 isnt too bad

Re: droppin an s2000 f20 into a 95 gsr

if your gonna buy a blown gsr and spend 5 grand on it just buy a dart block and head and you can get spoon internals (but if you plan on forced induction spoon engines are normaly built for high compresion all motor road racing aplications) although a rear drive integra would be sick its way way more time money and efort than you realize
