safc

will the safc get ride of a ses light code if its coming from the rear 02 sensor?

that SES light could mean that the o2 sensor is shot, so using the safc will probably not make it go away. the safc is mainly used for fuel management so you dont run too rich or too lean.

naw i dont think its shot...i think the light came on after installed my header, the code came up for it...p0421, so i was thinking of buying a o2 simulator

since my car is runniing rich, im thinking that after tuning the car, the code will go away...i dont see how the rear 02 could be damage, all i did when connecting my new exhaust is unbolt one bolt from the converter and the cat-converter just hanged there on the ground, could that of damaged it?

i think that the lights on b/c your running rich. after you tune it, then you will know if its the o2 sensor or not

exactly, man, i didnt know that so much was involved after u installed the header....i didnt consider buying a tuner..now i just gotta wait for the shop to get it...which should of been today, and have them install it and dyno....why must it cost so much.....=
