Arg.. very torn..

I was set on getting a 00' GT.. but I dunno, the more I look the more I dislike the look of the 3g and the AWD on the GSX looks better and better.

The main thing keeping me away on the 2g is the notorious "crank walk" that the 4g63 is famous for.

If you are looking at a car to mod i would go with a G2, but the G3 GT is a pretty solid car with the 5sp. There are some pretty cool things you can do to a G3 that will make it much more superior (besides the AWD) than the G2.

Indeed I do...but sometimes i forget the order since Corvette says C5, and so on (century 5). So its all the same, but if you are going to get technical then yes...G3. Sorry

Re: Arg.. very torn..

i think we all know what he means by g2 and g3

definitely get the GSX, crankwalk is the least of your concerns when getting one of these cars since not all of them get the crank walk and its a turbo which is absolutely awesome, i've ridden in them...very very nice cars for going fast, not so much w/ the g3

Re: Arg.. very torn..

even so, the 2g eclipse has so much more possibilities in running lower et's than the 3g's no unless you dump tons of money into the engine building, the 4g63 can take you a very long way w/o blowing anything up 10's are seriously possible, best i've heard you can do w/o building the engine is johnny said 12's on his turbo w/o any extras and after that you have to start redoing the engine
