The engine is a 1.3 12v (carbureter) i have a rough idea that there is probably not much except a new zuast', air filter element and...and..thats were i get stuck, so please help me out.
Cheers

You may be able to get the weber on there, but may need to make your own adapter plate out of metal stock. A less restrictive intake is always helpful on a carburated engine. Also check with Offenhauser to see if they have a high performance intake. This is/was a common engine so they just might be able to help you. Good Luck.

not a bad idea if yo uwant to put the time and money into it. for any substantial HP numbers your motor is trash. but yes a ne "zaust'" (please take the time to expand your mind and type EXAUST next time, thank you). you can fabricate a custom intake from exaust tube. uhhh ofcorse any carburator can be fitted on any engine. just make sure to match the flow and tune well. and is this a 3cyl? or 6 cyl? a new flywheel would help some. also fabricated headers. there are other things such as new heads, higher compression or even FI (if you want to fool with carburated FI). cams im sure could be found (ive found cams for an old toyota carona, dont tell me it cant be done). DOHC would help (4 vualve per cylender) but i have no idea where yo ucould find all that.
