97 4 cyl, retorque oil leaking head gasket?

I have a 97 Grand, 4 cyl, 107k. It's had 2 head gaskets, the most recent 9 months ago. I'm told it's leaking a little oil again. (a few drips a week). Any likelyhood that retorquing the head would help? Just found the other threads about torquing heads. Don't know how careful the last guy was. Don't want to pay for another gasket and I'm thinking maybe I should sell before it gets bad. Thanks much!
