Sugestions?

Hey I have an 89' GMc s-15 and i need more power I have a four cylinder in it noe but my friend says i should put a v8 in it but would it be a good idea to turbo the four? Im open to any sugestions.

i'd say v8........the 4 cyl has what 120hp?? even with a turbo you wouldnt hit a 200.

at least swap a 6 in there, One advantage domestic cars have is you can go to a junk yard and find a good engine for cheap so id say new engine
