Question !990 Honda Accord Driver Side Seat Belt

I have a 1990 Honda Accord. the driver side power seat belt works when it wants to. It will not engage and slide back or move. If i move it up a little with my hand and open the door it will slide back to its stating point. where is the fuse or relay if this is even the problem Any Help

I'd check with Honda to see if they will fix it for N/C.

When it comes to seat belt problems usually they & other companies fix it because they want you to be safe as can be in an accident and don't want to be liable for a faulty seat belt.

I know when the latches won't work it's a N/C job for sure!
