More Nissan nomenclature......
P = platform H = SR20DE 11 = series number for platform HP11 = P platform number 11, with SR20DE N = AWD So, HNP11 = P platform number 11, AWD with SR20DE. A P11 officially = P platform number 11 with SR18DE However.......... For short, Nissan usually drops all but the platform and number, e.g.: KB13 (NX2000) is still a B13 EB13 (Sentra w/ GA16DE) is still a B13 HP10 (G20) is still a P10 HNU13 (Bluebird SSS) is still a U13 Geo |

Ken, how much are you getting your TEINs for? and who are you dealing with? As far as I know, I am probably the only person (Zen motor sports went outta business) to be able to get TEINs..unless you are ordering from japan...or somewhere else that goes through me =)
as for which one, for the P11, only the Type NA is available...there shouldnt be that much confusion because on the TEIN master catalog, it says HP11.

gforces- wazup? shipping don't know yet exactly, but TEIN quoted about US$400 via airfreight. no biggie. better than waiting 3-4 weeks for it. hahaha.
chi-town = chicago need wheels too, anyone got good recommedations for wheels? wanna get 17x7's, light weight max US$2000 with tires. wanna get something with a deep rim, or something sharp like the advan model7. I hate those fake nut center caps. none of that. also, none of that screw-on center caps dat get stolen. hummmm...I'm really limiting myself now, huh? hahaha. ![]() |

OMG!!! you are paying $400 for shipping????? man...since you got it directly from TEIN, Japan, you are probably paying around $1100 for the kit...and plus $400 that's $1500....hmm...i could have gotten it to you for $1100 shipped to your house. But it's cool i guess since you ordered it already...good luck, it is very nice...although I took mine out already cuz i got the JIC SA coilovers!! woohoo

luke- huh? TypeNA's are 95,000 Yen. plus 40,000 shipping, so with international rate at approx 120yen right now, it's more like $1125 total. not paying $1500 for typeNA's. hahahaha!!!
my TypeHA's I got with pillow uppers for $1400 including air freight. too bad they don't make Type HA's for the G20. man,can't find a place where they have avs model7's in stock. guess I'll have to do the cheap copycat way and go with either Katana concept7's or Konig Tantrums. anyone try tantrums on a G20? thanks guys.

guys, just to let you know, I worked on installing the TypeNA's yesterday. installation went smoothly thanx to everyone's help. thanks again. the picture instructions are easy to understand. stock mounts fit perfectly without any modifications.
I'm using the soft springs along with the 2nd perch from the bottom (the perch height that comes with the kit) ride height. car dropped about 2inches on front, about 1/2inch on the rear (rear height was never that high). car looks totally awesome even with the stock wheels/tire. damper is set at 14clicks from full hard which is just slightly harder than stock, but the car does not dive or squat like with the stock struts. also, the car feels extremely flat while going through quick turns. there is no noise associated with the TEIN struts. damn, for a mere $1100 (including shipping) with a 5 business day turnaround, can't beat it. hehehehe. I ordered these directly from TEIN Japan on 6/8, installed and happy 6/16. hahaha. ![]() for those that helped me THANKS! now got to rest a little to relieve my back and leg muscle aches from the installation. hahaha.
